We know that the Air Ministry issued a number of wrist watchches in 1917 and this is the only known surviving unsigned example of the watch.


​The case back is not marked with the Crows Foot stamp awn A for Air Ministry as in the other version on this site that is. The movement is Omega, this is correct for the RFC issued watches.
