This is a lovely example of a Negative Set watch, similar to the Zenith Land and Water in that you pull out the crown and the movement slides out.
Dated 1914, the Dennison case is similar to a Borgel as there is no case back.
Overall this is a stunning simple, uncomplicated very pretty piece.
