This is a stunning much fabled and 100% original RED CROSS CENTRE SECONDS Trench Doctors Watch.
These red cross watches, the original ones, are very scarce these days and this is a beauty in silver case which measures 33mm.
What you have to remember and the reason why the original ones look a bit knocked about is they were used in the field every day. There was no holidays for the medical staff they worked day and night in extremely hostile conditions. Maybe that's why they are so rare. I have left what looks like the original strap on.
Everything is good, its running and keeping time.
